How to use AI Stats Monitor

1. Launch the app — it appears in your macOS menu bar.
2. Click "Login" and sign in to your AI account.
3. Your usage statistics will automatically appear in the menu bar and dashboard.

Q: Why does the app show 0% for all usage?

Make sure you're logged in. Click the menu bar icon, then "Login" to authenticate. If already logged in, try clicking the refresh button.

Q: How often does the data refresh?

By default, every 5 minutes. You can change this in Settings → Data Refresh (between 1 and 10 minutes).

Q: Is my data sent to any external servers?

No. AI Stats Monitor is a client-side app. Your data stays on your Mac and is stored securely in the macOS Keychain. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

Q: How do I enable Demo Mode?

Open the Dashboard → Settings → toggle "Enable Demo Mode" at the top. This shows sample data for preview purposes.

Q: How do I uninstall the app and remove all data?

Drag AI Stats Monitor to the Trash. To remove stored credentials, open Keychain Access and search for "AIStatsMonitor". To clear usage history, go to Settings → Data Management → Clear History before uninstalling.
